History

I opened my doors in 2006. Since then, I've helped individuals, non-profits and multi-million dollar corporations navigate through all sorts of legal matters.  From simple wills and estate work, to contract drafting, to litigation, to merger and acquisition advice, I have the opportunity to serve clients across Western and South Central Kentucky.

In 2013 I was sworn in as the Senator for the 3rd Senate District in Kentucky, and I have served as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee since that time.  As Chair I have presided over, sponsored, co-sponsored and authored legislation that has made a generational impact across Kentucky.  Most significant among those policies is SB 200 (2014), bringing about the largest reforms to the Commonwealth's juvenile justice system in nearly 30 years, and serving as a national model for justice reform.  You can follow my legislative work and political carrying-on here.
